CWS Highlights: Mississippi State wins 9-0, captures first team national title

OMAHA, NE – For the first time in school history, Mississippi State can celebrate a team national championship. The Bulldogs dominated Vanderbilt for a second straight night, winning 9-0 to capture the 2021 Men’s College World Series.

Will Bednar pitched six hitless innings and Landon Sims allowed just one hit in three innings of relief.

Kevin Kugler and Scott Graham called the action.
